1. DMCA Copyright Policy

Uncaged complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on our platform without authorization, you may submit a takedown notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, provide the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s)
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

What Happens After a Notice

• We will review and process valid notices within 24-48 hours
• Infringing content will be removed or disabled
• The uploader will be notified of the takedown
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

2. Prohibited Content

Absolutely Prohibited

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content involving minors. We report all instances to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Non-Consensual Content: Sexual content posted without the consent of all parties depicted ("revenge porn")
• Human Trafficking: Content promoting or facilitating trafficking
• Terrorism: Content promoting terrorist organizations or violence
• Extreme Violence: Real violence, gore, or content depicting death
• Animal Abuse: Content depicting cruelty to animals

Also Prohibited

• Impersonation of others
• Doxxing or sharing private information
• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Hate speech targeting protected groups
• Spam or misleading content
• Malware or phishing attempts
• Content that violates others' privacy

3. Reporting Content

If you see content that violates our policies, please report it immediately:

How to Report

• On Video: Click the "Report" button (🚩) below any video
• By Email: reports@uncaged.com
• Emergency: For CSAM or imminent threats, email urgent@uncaged.com

When reporting, please include:

• URL of the content
• Description of the violation
• Any relevant screenshots or evidence

4. Content Review Process

Our content moderation process:

1. Report Received: All reports are logged and queued for review
2. Initial Review: Our team reviews within 24 hours (urgent reports within 2 hours)
3. Action Taken: Content is removed, age-restricted, or cleared
4. Notification: Both reporter and uploader are notified of the outcome
5. Appeal: Uploaders may appeal decisions within 14 days

5. Account Penalties

Strike System

• First Strike: Warning + content removal
• Second Strike: 7-day upload restriction
• Third Strike: 30-day suspension
• Fourth Strike: Permanent ban

Immediate Termination

The following result in immediate, permanent ban with no appeal:

• CSAM (any content involving minors)
• Non-consensual intimate content
• Terrorism or extreme violence
• Repeated copyright infringement

6. Age Verification

Uncaged is an 18+ platform. We require:

• Date of birth verification at signup
• All persons depicted in content must be 18+
• Creators must maintain records proving age of all participants (2257 compliance)

7. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Uncaged, you agree to:

• Only upload content you have the right to share
• Ensure all persons in your content are 18+ and have consented
• Maintain appropriate records for adult content
• Respond to valid copyright claims promptly
• Not use misleading titles, thumbnails, or tags

8. Safe Harbor

Uncaged operates as a service provider under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and Section 512 of the DMCA. We do not endorse or verify user-submitted content. We act expeditiously to remove content upon receiving valid notices.

9. Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and will:

• Preserve evidence when legally required
• Report illegal content (especially CSAM) to appropriate authorities
• Respond to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders)
